Our secret lies within the honesty and nativness of our kitchen. We offer ingredients that are fresh products from our local markets choosen with a distinct calm. We only use best quality ingredients and we use only charcoal and holm oak for our barbecue to assure the highest value for our food. (For bad weather we have a grill in our kitchen) Also we only use local seasalt from the natural salines in front of our restaurants. The fresh herbs from our garden and the local extra virgin Olive Oil give the meals the right tone.

Our dishes contain home made bread, a home made dip, native Olive Oil, Balsamico Vinegar, original Sea Salt and Olives. For the main dishes we serve grilled potatoes and "Salsa Africa" a spycy Sauce according to our own recipe.
